I went to my first birthday party...

This is Zane and his mama and I'm at his 1st birthday party sitting on Grandpa's lap. We were in the NICU together. I told him that turning 1 was nothing....a piece of cake.

That is the race car toy I picked out for him. He can use it in his pool or in the bath.

Grandpa, Zane's daddy, Zane and I are just chatting away.

Zane has two ponies and all the kids at the party got to ride if they wanted to. This was my first pony ride. I had a ball. Zane's grandpa made sure the pony were good, and of course my grandpa was there too make sure I would be okay too.

talk about cool toys....

I so love my dollhouse. It makes all sorts of cool sounds.

And this little box sings and talks to me.

Happy 1st Birthday to ME ! ! !

I had my very own cake!!! As you can see it was smushy.

And this was the cake Mommy and Daddy had for the rest of the folks.

Who knew turning 1 could be soooo much fun. This girl loves bags.

This is Daddy, me and Mommy opening another bag. What are they waiting for?

Disney World here we come

This is the dress Aunt Kim and Uncle Joe in Fl sent to me when I was first born. They said when I could wear it then I could come down and we would go to Disney World. Look out Mouse here I come. :)

I so love showing off my Disney dress, but Mommy and Daddy said that I have to wait until I'm a little older until we can go to the Mouse House. :( They are talking like three or four! That is like forever!!!!!

My new car seats....I'm a big girl now

This is the one Grandpa and Grandma got for me. It is a True Fit C670 by The First years.

And this is the one Daddy and Mommy got for me. It is a Complete Air by Safety 1st.
The most important thing about BOTH of these chairs is that I can stay rear facing for a long, long time ... 35-40 lbs. And for those that might not know this, even if the chair's directions say you can face babies forward at 20 or so pounds, babies are much safer facing to the rear. This better protects their neck and spine.
Both of these chairs say you can switch them to face forward at 22lbs, but they also allow for them to stay rear facing. That is the better plan. So spread the news...rear facing is the cool way to travel.
